PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Born at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina to an Army officer family, Wesley has lived and attended schools from Hawaii to Europe. After graduating from High School in Savannah, Georgia, Wes received his B.A. from the University of Miami in Psychology and Sociology. He has traveled globally including Bali, Indonesia, Taipei, Taiwan, the Dominican Republic, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and throughout the Caribbean.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Wes spent over 20 years in the restaurant and nightclub industry in management. As Regional Vice President and President, he opened 22 new locations.

He started and owned an import/export/wholesale business for ten years. His exclusive lines included handicrafts and gifts. He also launched a surf apparel line and an interactive web site with a retail division.

MORTGAGE LENDING: Wesley is a licensed loan originator and Branch Manager with Fidelity Funding Mortgage.He has been in the lending industry in Orlando since 2003. As a Licensed Mortgage Lender, we are able to originate all types of mortgages including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Foreign Nationals, Altervative Lending and Reverse Mortgages for Seniors.

EDUCATION: Wes has been speaking on financing to many organizations such as, Rotary Clubs, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Women's Council of Realtors, churches and groups. REVERSE MORTGAGES: Though Reverse Mortgages for Seniors have been around since 1989, they are just now becoming well known and are growing rapidly in popularity. Wes has been working with Seniors since 2005 with great success.  A reverse mortgage can now be used to purchase a home.
